Thamesbridge was founded by Yvonne Tinnirello, a data-driven, results-focused finance executive with more than 25 years of experience leading financial strategy, planning, and transformation across PE-backed and growth-focused organizations. Yvonne has held senior finance leadership roles spanning industries including software, SaaS, technology, and payments.
Over the course of her career, Yvonne has built and led high-performing FP&A teams, overseen complex budgeting and forecasting cycles, advised executive teams and private equity sponsors, and driven operational and strategic impact. She specializes in guiding businesses through the full growth lifecycle — from vision to execution — while improving agility, optimizing capital allocation, and enhancing decision-making at every level.
A Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) with a BA in Finance, Yvonne brings both deep financial expertise and a pragmatic, collaborative leadership style. She is particularly skilled in revitalizing underperforming finance functions, implementing enterprise planning systems such as Workday Adaptive Planning, and embedding KPI-driven frameworks that unlock visibility, accountability, and speed.
